Due to the nature of digital goods (3D models), all sales are final. Once a download link has been provided or the file has been accessed, refunds are not possible. We strongly advise our customers to thoroughly research the product specifications, compatible software, and file formats before making a purchase.

2. Intellectual Property & Branded Models
Vimeen provides high-quality 3D representations of real-world objects and branded products. Consistent with international industry standards (such as those established by platforms like TurboSquid), the following rules apply:
- Editorial Use: Models containing third-party trademarks, logos, or brand-specific designs are typically intended for "Editorial Use" only. This includes use in news reports, educational purposes, or documentaries.
- Commercial Use: Use of branded models in commercial advertisements, films, or games may require additional permissions or clearances from the original brand owner. Vimeen sells the 3D data and artistic representation; we do not grant legal rights to use third-party trademarks.
- Responsibility: It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of a branded model complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of the brand owner.
3. Governing Law (United States)
These Terms of Use and your use of the site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of our digital assets shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate US courts. Our licensing agreements follow the standard principles of US Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA) and international intellectual property treaties.
4. License Grant
Upon purchase, Vimeen grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the 3D model in your projects (renders, animations, visualizations) subject to the restrictions in Section 2. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original source files in any form.
